I am delighted to share the outstanding achievements of the Electrical Engineering Department (EED), School of Engineering (SEN), in the NAMALTECH EXPO 2024, held on May 13th, 2024, at Namal University Mianwali Campus. This prestigious event saw participation from top universities across the country, including NUST, Bahria University, Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology, CUST University, Namal University, and many others.
Our team proudly secured both 1st and 3rd positions along with a remarkable cash prize, in the Balloon Buster Robotic Competition, competing against 29 teams from renowned institutions. Additionally, our Final Year Project (FYP), titled "IOT Based Health Monitoring and Assistant System," achieved 3rd position in the FYDP category, competing with 57 FYP teams from various prestigious universities.
These significant accomplishments are a testament to the relentless efforts and dedication of our students and supervisors. As a faculty member & director FYP, I had the honor of leading the active participation of the EED-SEN. The guidance and support from the Dean, SEN, Dr. Muhammad Farhat Kaleem, and Chairperson, EED, Dr. Jawwad Nasar Chattha, were instrumental in these successes.
