Adnan Ahmad Naeem received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, Pakistan, in 1995 and his M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, USA, in 2001. Following his postgraduate studies, he gained valuable international industry experience by working with multinational organizations, including Black & Decker and Unimotion Gear Canada. In 2007, he established his own entrepreneurial ventures, providing engineering services and engaging in international trade across Europe and North America. He also serves as a Reviewer for Taylor & Francis, one of the world's leading academic publishers, and has extensive experience as a trainer and consultant in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and international quality standards and certifications.
