Biography

Engr. Azhan Umer is the in-charge of Construction Management Laboratory at Civil Engineering Department, UMT, Lahore. He holds B.Sc degree in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing M.Sc degree in Construction Management. Engr. Azhan Umer is a Registered Engineer from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and has more than 1 years of experience in academics.
